The social program will include a small guided tour through Porto by bus, a walk in Ribeira (old part of the city), a visit to a Porto Wine Cellar and a School Dinner that will take place in the same Porto Wine Cellar.
This celebration of culture in Porto will officially start on January 13, 2001. However, the party begins long before this date, with some events already taking place in 2000, and the positive effects will last way beyond its closure at the end of 2001... because Porto wants to build “bridges to the future”.
