Registration

Late registration until 25/06/2017

For this Conference, the following fees apply:

Early registration fee (Authors): 350 €

Early registration Student fee (Authors): 150 €

Early registration participants (non-authors): 350 €

Late registration fee (Authors): 400 €

Late Student registration fee (Authors): 200 €

Late registration participants (non-authors): 400 €

Extra Paper: 50 €

Accompanying person: 300 €

Normal and student registration fees include attendance at all sessions, documentation, lunches, coffee breaks and conference dinner.

Each author can present a maximum of two papers.

Payment of Conference fees can be made by bank transfer. All conference attendees must register, completing the registration document and sending it to icee@fep.up.pt, as detailed in the registration document.

Upon request, a formal letter of invitation to obtain a Visa to enter Portugal may be issued by the Organization. Please contact us through the email provided.

Cancellations: The conference registration fees will not be refunded in case of cancellation. However, you may indicate at any time a substitute presenter, provided that the conference secretariat is informed in advance.
