Guidelines for Exhibitors
Exhibition area
The exhibition area is
centrally located in the main foyer on the ground floor, next to
coffee/tea stands.
Exhibitions hours
Friday, December 10th, 10:30 –
18:00 (registration from 9:00)
Saturday, December 11th , 9:00 – 18:00
Conditions
Books and other material must
be offered to delegates at least with a 20% discount.
Stand
• A large table and two
chairs.
• Exhibitors will have access to the Internet on the same conditions as
delegates, unless otherwise agreed. Special request for electric power
or other support should be directed to the organizers at the time of
registration
Unmanned stand
• Material may be exhibited
without the presence of exhibitors’ staff.
• Undistributed materials will not be returned.
During the conference
When you arrive at the
conference you must register at the information desk and meet the
Exhibition Coordinator (Prof. Rosário Moreira, see below).
Exhibitors are responsible for the setting up of books etc. and for
overnight storage. Please let us know well ahead of arrival if you need
special attention.
The Exhibition Coordinator will be available during the whole conference
All stands in the foyer must be cleared by 18:00 hours on Saturday,
December 11.
Limited storage space can be provided upon request. The storage space
may be used during the conference, but (unless otherwise agreed)
exhibitors are responsible for the transportation to and from the stand.
Material can only be received and stored one (1) week ahead of the
conference. The organizer does not assume any responsibility for
handling and storage. Information on the sizes of boxes and/or number of
books must be forwarded well ahead.
The organizer does not take any responsibility for the return (shipping)
of the material after the conference.
Insurance
Neither the Organizer nor EIBA
will assume any responsibility whatsoever for damage or injury to
persons or property during the conference.
Registration and Fees
All exhibitors must register
with the Exhibition Coordinator no later than October 1, 2010.
Exhibition Stand
Price per stand: 600€
The fee includes: lunches/coffees for 1 registered person (no
registration fee), nametag with company name, conference bag, 1 stand
(table and chair). Company and representatives name mentioned under
Exhibitors in the list of delegates.
Conference bag
A conference bag will be
prepared for all delegates. Exhibitors’ material or flyers may be
included on the following conditions:
• Material must be received at least 2 weeks ahead of the conference
• Maximum seize is sheet of A4
• A fee of 250€ is charged; this includes: receipt and insertion of 2
items of material into conference bag.
Additional representative
Additional representative:
200€ (includes lunches, teas, coffees, conference bag, nametag, name
mentioned under Exhibitors in the list of delegates).
Extra participation
Additional to this is charged
for participation in:
Gala dinner 100 €/person
Unmanned stand
Fee: 400€
The fee includes: 1 table, reception of material, exhibition during
conference hours and storage during non-conference hours. Company name
mentioned under Exhibitors in list of delegates.
Advertisements at conference program
Exhibitors’ advertisements may
be printed in the conference program at a separate fee:
• Full page: 350€
• Half a page: 200€
